ECOLOGY

Have you found a house or plot of land that you want to buy but would like assistance from an architect in making the decision? The difference between an architect and other professionals: A real estate agent knows the market value, but does not provide detailed cost estimates. A craftsman/contractor can provide a quote for the work, but without an overall vision of development or regulations. I provide a neutral, comprehensive, and creative vision, in addition to a provisional cost estimate.

OBJECTIVE

  • Assess the potential of the property: possibilities for extension, redevelopment, regulatory constraints (PLU, protected zone, etc.)

  • Estimate the necessary work: compliance, energy renovation, redistribution of spaces

  • Provide an initial estimate: order of magnitude of costs so that the buyer knows if the project is financially viable

  • Alert on blocking points: structure, asbestos, humidity, accessibility, town planning compliance

FUNCTIONING

During a visit with the real estate agent, I perform a visual analysis of the house and/or the land. You tell me your ideas and I give you my opinions. If necessary, I take some key measurements. After the visit, I provide you with a report, with or without a quote depending on your needs.

PRICE

Package: between €200–500 per visit, depending on the duration, location and depth of the analysis.
